What We Do
Our Services
We design Spaces, not Projects. The Simplicity of Elegant Design Is What Makes It So Intricate. "Our approach aligns with our clients objectives, shaping spaces that drive successful Forms."
Our Process
Location Visit
An on-location meeting at your chosen project site will allow us to better understand your dream home aspirations.
Planning & Designing Home
After the location visit, we'll design your home to your requirements, considering plot size, shape, and budget. You'll visualize your home through a 3D elevation.
Cost Estimation
Once you're fully satisfied with your home design, we'll provide a comprehensive cost estimate for the planned home construction.
Finalize Contract
With your home design and construction quote in hand, it's time to review and confirm the contract. You're welcome to visit our active work sites for further assurance.
Project Approval
After contract approval, we'll handle bank loan documentation, obtain building permits, and secure KSEB supply approvals before starting construction.
